Job summary

Pheasants Forever, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide strategic HR support and hands-on benefits administration. You will optimize scalable HR processes, analyze market trends, and ensure policy implementation across multiple business units.

The role coordinates ADP payroll, benefits enrollment, COBRA, and open enrollment, while handling FMLA, leave policies, and OSHA tracking. A passion for wildlife conservation is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 5+ years of HR experience with payroll and ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Experience with ADP comprehensive services and benefits administration.
• Knowledge of state family leave, COBRA, SOC codes, and affirmative action plans.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize scalable, human-centered HR processes across business units.
• Understand external market trends and advise on impact to internal employees.
• Support policy implementation and acknowledgement.
• Manage benefits enrollment, COBRA, open enrollment, and communications.
• Coordinate FMLA and leave policies; oversee OSHA tracking and affirmative action.
