The role blends strategic design with hands-on execution to drive employee experience across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in HR, strong knowledge of payroll/ADP, and a track record of safeguarding confidentiality while guiding senior leaders across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR functions and designing scalable processes across distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and related services.

Responsibilities

• Help define and optimize scalable, human-centered HR processes across business units.
• Understand external trends and advise on impact to internal employees.
• Support policy implementation and acknowledgement.
