The position requires a BS/BA in a related field with 2–5 years of experience (MS/MA optional). Knowledge of HRIS (Workday preferred) and data-driven decision making is valued.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline; 2–5 years of experience.
• MS/MA in a related field preferred with 2–4 years of experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsabilités

• Administer core HR programs including staffing, associate relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning.
• Develop and recommend solutions to a variety of human resources issues.
• Consult with management on the interpretation and administration of human resources policies, programs, and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve associate relations issues.
• Conduct staffing support including sourcing, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks.
