Qualifications

• 3+ years HR Generalist experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution environments.
• Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and employee engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Suite, Workday and UKG WFM.

Responsibilities

• Administer core human resources programs including staffing, associate relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning.
• Develop and recommend solutions to a variety of human resources issues.
• Consult with management on interpretation and administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve associate relations issues with managers and associates.
• Conduct staffing support including sourcing, interviewing candidates, and reference checks.
