RW Thrive in Eau Claire, WI is seeking an HR Generalist to support onboarding, benefits, and leave administration across RW Thrive and its subsidiaries. You will partner with leaders to drive employee experience and ensure compliance while maintaining HR systems and records.

You will coordinate recruiting support, leave programs, benefits, and employee communications, helping nurture a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and accurate HR data.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience.
• Experience supporting multiple HR functions and processes.
• Knowledge of onboarding, benefits, leave, HR systems, and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate onboarding and HRIS setup, Form I-9, benefits enrollment, and cross-functional onboarding.
• Manage employee lifecycle changes, records, org charts, and communications.
• Advise on HR policies, attendance, performance documentation, and employee relations.
• Administer leave programs (FMLA) and accommodations; track and return-to-work.
• Administer benefits enrollments, inquiries, invoicing, and liaison with providers.
• Handle workers' comp and injury administration; liaise with insurer.
• Support performance management timelines and communications.
• Provide recruiting support: screening, scheduling, postings, candidate comms.
• Maintain job descriptions with leaders; ensure HR records and reporting.
• Manage internal HR comms, surveys, recognition, and engagement events.
