Job summary

Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruiting and benefits administration. This role collaborates with HR leadership, hiring managers, and payroll to ensure compliant, timely, and welcoming HR processes. The position is primarily remote with occasional travel to Wisconsin locations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in HR, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Remote/hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin residency required.
• 1–2 years HR experience including recruiting.
• Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting: posting, screening, interviews, candidate scheduling, and offer processes.
• Administer benefits enrollment, eligibility tracking, and communications; coordinate with payroll/vendors.
• Maintain HR records, onboarding, changes, leave, offboarding; support reporting and audits.
