RW Thrive in Eau Claire, WI is offering a Human Resources Intern position to gain hands-on experience across recruiting, onboarding, employee communications, and HR operations within our family of educational brands Realityworks and CreXo.

This internship runs Oct 2026–May 2027 with a flexible schedule 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Mon–Fri, 10–15 hours weekly; opportunity to collaborate with experienced HR professionals and contribute to meaningful projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional conduct.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365; comfortable with AI and HR technologies.

Responsibilities

• Supports recruitment activities, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and interview scheduling.
• Assists with onboarding, pre-employment processes, orientation, and new hire communications.
• Supports internal communications with employee announcements, newsletters, and intranet updates.
• Maintains HR records, data entry, and routine reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
