Spring Education Group is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support cross-functional HR operations across our network of schools. You will manage time-sensitive documentation, maintain accurate records in Dayforce, respond to routine inquiries, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate owner.

The role emphasizes confidentiality and data integrity and involves audits of Dayforce configurations. Based in West Chester, PA, you will work on-site Tue–Thu with remote options on Mon and

Competenze

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field, with 2–4 years HR operations experience.
• Experience with Dayforce preferred; multi-state/multi-location exposure helpful.
• SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred, not required.

• Support cross-functional HR operations with HR Services, Benefits, Leave Administration, Payroll, HRIS, and Dayforce audits.
• Manage time-sensitive documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
