Spring Education Group is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations across the organization, collaborating with Benefits, Payroll, and HRIS teams. The role manages routine documentation, maintains employee records, handles inquiries, and helps optimize self-service resources for school leaders and staff.

Based in West Chester, PA, this full-time, hybrid position requires 2–4 years of HR experience, Dayforce familiarity, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR operations or shared services experience.
• Experience with Dayforce preferred; multi-state workforce is a plus.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional HR operations and services.
• Audit Dayforce data and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with onboarding, payroll support, benefits, and leave administration.
• Develop Dayforce guides and training resources; improve processes.
