Job summary

Reliance, Inc. in Pasadena, CA seeks an HR Generalist to support HR activities for assigned business groups. You will validate data in Dayforce, respond to employee verifications, and handle onboarding, recruiting and policy questions with discretion.

You will partner with the REX Center and HRBP to resolve HR issues, escalate when needed, and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, while ensuring compliance and system integrity.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in an HR-related role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or blue-collar settings a plus.
• Strong confidential handling of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between REX Center and FOCs.
• Provide guidance on HR questions and concerns.
• Gather and respond to employee data requests.
• Process HR transactions in Dayforce and support HRBP as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy.
• Deliver Dayforce training as needed.
• Escalate issues to HRBP when necessary.
