Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll, finance, accounting, HR, or a related role.
• Experience processing payroll required.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, or accounting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and maintain related employee records.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and general HR activities.
• Assist with recruiting coordination and employee communications.
• Maintain confidential personnel and financial information.
• Support accounts receivable, deposits, reconciliations, and other accounting functions.
• Prepare and maintain financial schedules, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end, year-end, and audit-related activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Support ongoing operational, HR, and finance initiatives as needed.
