Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support both office and field operations. This newly created contract-to-hire role offers ownership of HR functions and the opportunity to influence payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding and day-to-day employee relations onsite in a dynamic environment.

The role requires 3+ years in HR with strong policy knowledge, organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
• Experience managing payroll, benefits, recruiting, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (Paychex is a plus!).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform HR administration tasks, including onboarding/offboarding, compliance, recordkeeping, and policy creation.
• Manage and administer payroll.
• Coordinate employee benefits enrollment, changes, communication, orientation, and more.
• Assist with leave administration and employee documentation.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for office and field positions.
• Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring processes.
• Assist with employee relations matters and HR best practices.
• Provide HR guidance to employees and management as needed.
