Job summary

City University of New York's College of Staten Island seeks a Business Data and Reporting Analyst (Level 2, Provisional) to support HR information systems, data reporting, and data entry with strict confidentiality.

Under supervision, you will enter personnel data into CUNYfirst, audit reports, assist end users, participate in HRIS implementations, and help with unemployment claims and payroll inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• English language proficiency to meet job task standards.
• One year of related full-time experience using PeopleSoft software.

Responsibilities

• Enter personnel data into CUNYfirst and audit reports for data integrity.
• Serve as HRIS resource to assist end users and support payroll duties.
• Participate in HRIS implementations, upgrades, and testing.
• Assist with unemployment claims and payroll inquiries.
• Maintain data confidentiality and support HR operations.
