Job summary

1199-SEIU is seeking an HRIS/HR Operations professional to manage data in the HRIS, generate reports, and support system troubleshooting for ADP platforms and C-Cure. The role requires strong confidentiality and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Information Security, and vendors.

Responsibilities include data entry, report generation, and audit support, with hybrid work in New York City. A minimum of two years HRIS experience and proficient MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years HRIS and/or HR operations experience with a strong emphasis on data reporting.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook; Visio a plus.
• Strong self-motivation and follow-up skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; strong project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including oral, written, and listening abilities; professional appearance and confidentiality.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, Funds, the union, vendors, and the public; positive service attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines while prioritizing assignments.

Responsibilities

• Daily data entry and update employee records in the HRIS (ADP) platform.
• Run standard and custom data reports for HR management and leadership.
• Troubleshoot system errors and login issues in ADP platforms and C-Cure.
• Act as liaison between HR, IT, Information Security, and software vendors.
• Test system updates, patches, and new features under supervision.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of personnel data.
• Respond to inquiries regarding employment verifications for current/former employees.
• Conduct disciplinary reviews of internal applicants during Recruitment.
• Provide backup documents for audits; assist with special projects.
