Legacy Risk Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly organized HR & Data Management Administrative Assistant for a hybrid role in Gainesville, GA. You will support onboarding, offboarding, payroll onboarding, and HR data updates while maintaining accurate employee records across AMS and HRIS systems.

This role focuses on data governance, reporting, and process improvement to enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• 1+ year of administrative, HR, operations, or office support experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Paylocity or HRIS/payroll experience preferred.
• Ability to learn AMS and agency data governance processes.
• Strong attention to detail with professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll onboarding activities and maintain HR records.
• Assist with data quality, duplicate checks, and data governance.
• Maintain documentation and promote consistent data entry standards.
• Prepare reports and support HR projects to improve efficiency.
