Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma with six (6) years’ HR Administrator or Coordinator experience.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in HR-related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HRIS modules and systems (Recruiting/ATS, Onboarding, Background Checks, Compliance).
• Maintain Organization Chart and Job Structure; draft and review Job Descriptions for FLSA classifications.
• Coordinate background checks, fingerprinting, and credentialing per agency requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding/ NHO; manage LMS entries and training records.
• Coordinate offboarding and termination processes; ensure documentation and data accuracy.
