Job summary

Vivo Infusion is seeking a highly organized Human Resources Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, and employee experience initiatives in a hybrid Lakewood, CO setting. This role serves as a key contact for candidates, new hires, employees, and business partners throughout the employee lifecycle.

This is a hybrid position expected to report onsite at the Lakewood, CO office 3 days a week, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems required.
• Experience coordinating recruiting, onboarding, and lifecycle activities.
• Background screening experience preferred.
• Experience creating forms using Acrobat or DocuSign is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate applicant tracking activities and postings with Hiring Leaders.
• Manage onboarding, background checks, I-9/E-Verify, and new hire paperwork.
• Support benefits enrollment and communications for new hires.
• Maintain compliant employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist payroll-related activities and HR projects as needed.
