U.S. Physical Therapy, a leading healthcare provider, seeks an HR Coordinator to serve as a liaison between HR and Field Operations. The role focuses on HR data integrity, onboarding, and employee records across locations.

Training will be onsite initially, then one day per week onsite with ongoing remote work. The candidate will manage onboarding, background checks, I-9, and HRIS entries, while supporting field managers with HR policies, compliance, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with Workday.
• Self-starter and quick learner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HRIS data entry for hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and compensation updates.
• Organize HR service requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor HR reports for compliance and accuracy.
