Job summary

Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to support onboarding, records management and HR operations in a hybrid San Francisco setting. You will handle HRIS data, assist with payroll, benefits and compliance, and partner with the HR team on projects for 300+ employees across multiple sites.

The role is full-time, located at our Fort Mason headquarters with a mix of in-office and telework, requiring regular in-person engagement and 2 days per week onsite to

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS data entry, reporting and compliance.
• Ability to manage new hire onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and benefits administration.
• Strong communication skills and confidentiality in handling employee data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate reports.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and manage related paperwork.
• Support recruitment, postings, resume screening and interview scheduling.
• Assist with benefits summaries, open enrollment, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain confidential personnel files.
• Plan and support HR-sponsored events and staff communications.
