Elior North America is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Houston to support employees, managers, and Operations with HR inquiries and transactions. You will handle Zendesk tickets, maintain SAP SuccessFactors data, and collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver a positive employee experience.

The role covers onboarding, reporting, and HR programs, emphasizing accuracy, service quality, and timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Understanding of HR processes and employee transactions.
• Ability to maintain accurate employee data and records.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems, esp. SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional employee support.
• Ability to learn and communicate HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to HR inquiries and support timely resolution.
• Manage Zendesk tickets and service requests per SLAs.
• Maintain employee data and organizational structures in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist with onboarding activities and HR transactions.
• Process unemployment claims and related documentation.
• Support HR reporting and data validation tasks.
• Maintain HR process documentation and standard work instructions.
• Assist payroll, timekeeping, and HR transactions with Payroll and Operations.
