Qualifications

• 2-3 years of human resources experience

• Healthcare or nonprofit experience preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and partner with directors/managers to attract, recruit, onboard, and retain qualified employees
• Assist employees with leave requests administered by a third party and other HR functions as needed
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies
• Occasional travel may be required
