BAE Systems is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner at the Phoenix, AZ site on a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. This on-site role partners with business operations to understand objectives and resolve HR issues, spanning succession, talent, compensation, and training.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with six years HR Generalist or HRBP experience, strong employee relations, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to work in a hybrid setting with 3

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus six years HR Generalist/HRBP experience.
• Strong employee relations background incl. EEO issues.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS/ERP systems.
• Bilíngual English and Spanish.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Hybrid work schedule with on-site presence 3 days/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide proactive and reactive employee relations and coach managers.
• Collaborate with COEs to deliver HR services and programs.
• Partner with managers to identify top talent and succession candidates.
• Support a culture that is diverse and inclusive.
• Develop workforce plans with management and collaborate with Talent Acquisition.
• Act as change agent for HR projects.
