Job summary

OPENLANE is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and change initiatives. The role partners with leadership to deliver HR programs, enhance engagement, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture at our Carmel HQ on a hybrid schedule with onsite days Tuesday through Thursday.

You’ll guide leaders on coaching, support onboarding/offboarding, analyze HR metrics, and implement COE-driven initiatives while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma with a focus on HR, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years experience in Human Resources, including 3 years in a management or HRBP role.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
• Discretion handling confidential matters.
• Proven ability to analyze HR metrics to identify trends and insights.
• Experience guiding employees through organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Guide people leaders in performance management, including development of coaching and PIP plans.
• Respond to employee relations concerns and conduct investigations when required.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including involuntary separations.
• Drive adoption of COE programs and calibration sessions.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition on recruitment and onboarding.
• Review job changes, promotions, merit, and compensation changes with Senior Leadership.
• Promote employee experience, engagement, culture, and retention in line with OPENLANE values.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to advise management.
