Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a strategic HRBP role.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive business strategy with leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities that support goals.
• Lead workforce planning, succession pipelines, and organizational design.
• Provide executive coaching and change leadership to people managers.
• Collaborate with COEs to implement tailored HR solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end HR projects and program rollouts across units.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and risk mitigation.
