Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a strategic HRBP role.
• Ability to influence mid-to-senior leaders with data-backed HR strategies.
• Experience delivering multi-faceted HR projects and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with business goals.
• Lead HR projects from concept to execution across multiple units.
• Coach leaders on performance, culture, and organizational change.
• Design change enablement plans and measure program impact.
• Ensure compliance and effective employee relations across sites.
