Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sr. Manager, Human Resources based in NYC, Hudson Yards, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, Tue–Thu). This role acts as a trusted advisor to corporate people managers and employees, ensuring consistent HR strategies and policies across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in HR, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and HR certification is a plus. The position collaborates with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and HRBP teams to drive engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience including ER, performance management, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for performance management and employee relations issues.
• Oversee onboarding, job changes, relocations, promotions, and exits with HR Partners.
• Manage cyclical HR programs and salary administration in partnership with Total Rewards.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to hire for open roles.
• Guide job descriptions and internal mobility with HR Partners.
• Support LOA and benefits inquiries and advise employees.
