Job summary

Exelon is seeking a HR Applications Functional Business Analyst to support HR/Payroll systems in a hybrid Chicago office. You will provide analysis and liaison between HR/Payroll users and IT to lead requirements, testing, deployment, and training.

Responsibilities include extracting data for reports, managing project scope for HR system enhancements, and collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT to optimize processes and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or Information Systems and 4-7 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of degree, 6-9 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a functional role supporting HR/Payroll or IT with HR/payroll focus.
• Experience with HR application systems, end-to-end queries and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional HR application systems BA support and process improvements.
• Lead analysis, requirements, testing, implementation and training between HR/Payroll and IT.
• Extract and compile information to create reports/queries per client specs.
• Manage project scope and requirements for HR & Payroll enhancements.
