Job summary

Exelon is seeking a skilled HR application systems business analyst to support HR/Payroll processes and systems. The role acts as a liaison between HR, Payroll, and IT, driving analysis, requirements, testing, implementation and training.

You will extract reports, manage project scope for HR/payroll enhancements, and work with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or information systems; 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years in a functional HR/payroll role or IT with HR/payroll focus.
• Experience with HR applications and end-to-end query/report development.
• PM and process-improvement experience.
• Ability to lead with stakeholders to translate requirements into specs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional HR application systems BA support and analyze improvements for HR/Payroll.
• Extract and compile reports to client specifications.
• Manage project scope and requirements for HR/Payroll enhancements.
