Job summary

Mission Healthcare is seeking an Home Health Nursing Supervisor (Internal Only) to supervise on-site nursing services across branches. The role partners with the Branch Director and clinical teams to support staffing, quality initiatives, and regulatory alignment.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license with acute care and home health experience. Leadership skills, communication, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 2+ years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
• 1 year of Home Health experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• Current licensure in State; CPR certification.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site supervision and assist with management of Nursing services for each branch.
• Report to Branch Director and collaborate with clinical and quality teams.
• Coordinate staffing including weekend and holiday Rehab coverage schedules.
• Lead and participate in Care Team Conference to review metrics and trends.
• Conduct monthly nursing meetings and oversee quality initiatives.
