Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site supervision and management of Nursing services at each branch.
• Partner with Branch Director and clinical team on initiatives.
• Coordinate staffing including weekend and holiday coverage.
• Lead nursing meetings and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Regulatory oversight of quality initiatives.
