Job summary

Mission Healthcare seeks an experienced Home Health Nursing Supervisor to lead on-site nursing services across branches. The role partners with the Branch Director and clinical teams to support quality initiatives and ensure high patient care standards.

The RN Supervisor will balance clinical duties with administrative time, conducting regular meetings, staff coaching, and regulatory oversight. A strong nursing background and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 1 year of Home Health experience required; 2+ years of acute care experience.
• Current RN license in the state.
• BSN preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site supervision and management of Nursing services for each branch.
• Coordinate with Branch Director and clinical/quality teams on initiatives.
• Attend weekly meetings to plan agenda and duties, including interviewing and onboarding.
• Assist in staffing and weekend/holiday coverage planning.
• Act as spokesperson during Care Team Conferences and monitor key metrics.
