Job summary

Mission Healthcare seeks a Home Health Nursing Supervisor (Internal Only) in Monterey, CA. The role focuses on on-site supervision of nursing services across branches, partnering with clinical teams, and supporting branch leadership.

You will help manage staffing, training, and regulatory quality initiatives, while aligning with the Branch Director on weekly agendas and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 2+ years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
• 1 year of Home Health experience required.
• 3+ years of Home Health experience preferred.
• Current licensure in state; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision of nursing services for each branch and reporting to the Branch Director.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and weekend/holiday rehab coverage.
• Lead weekly meetings with Branch Director to plan agendas and objectives.
• Train LVN/RN in basic in-services for the Business Development team.
• Support regulatory quality initiatives and post-site survey action plans.
• Serve as spokesperson during care team conferences and coordinate learning objectives.
