Job summary

Mission Healthcare seeks an Internal Only Home Health Nursing Supervisor in California to lead on-site nursing services across branches. This hybrid, per-visit clinical role combines clinical leadership with administrative duties, staffing, quality initiatives, and regulatory oversight.

Reporting to the Branch Director, you will supervise RN field staff, coordinate weekly meetings, participate in interviews, and coach staff to improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 2+ years of recent acute care experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Current licensure in state; CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance meeting state minimums.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site nursing services for each branch and report to Branch Director.
• Coordinate with clinical and quality teams on initiatives.
• Lead and attend weekly meetings to plan duties and agenda.
• Train LVN/RN to perform basic in-services for Business Development team.
• Assist staffing with weekend/holiday Rehab coverage.
