Job summary

Mission Healthcare in Salem, OR is seeking an Home Health Nursing Supervisor (Internal Only) to supervise nursing services on-site at multiple branches with a hybrid per-visit clinical role and reduced productivity expectations. You will report to the Branch Director and collaborate with the clinical, quality, and education teams to support initiatives, staffing, and branch performance.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Experience supervising nursing staff.
• Experience in home health or hospice preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site nursing supervision for each branch and partner with clinical/quality teams.
• Support Branch Director with staffing, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Attend weekly meetings to review agendas and duties.
• Provide in-service training for staff when applicable.
• Coordinate regulatory oversight and quality initiatives across branches.
