Responsabilidades

• Onboarding new hires and orienting new employees.
• Maintaining personnel files and HR databases.
• Prepare new employee files and exit interview support.
• Administer background checks and reference checks.
• Perform termination paperwork and related duties.
• Update and maintain HR systems and data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with self-audits and confidentiality requirements.
• Assist with general HR tasks as needed.
