Job summary

Extended Family Home Care Sarasota in Tampa, FL seeks an Operations Manager to lead HR duties including recruiting caregivers, interviews, pre-onboarding, and onboarding, while managing scheduling, client liaison, and KPI monitoring. Qualifications

• Two years of HR experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding caregivers.
• Two years of industry experience in private duty home care operations and care coordination.
• State of Florida Driver's License (Required).

Responsibilities

• Full-time hybrid office/remote role; after training, 3 days/week in the office.
• Be available 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday; rotate on-call duties outside office hours.
• Coordinate and oversee direct client services provided by agency personnel.
