Job summary

Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is seeking an experienced HOA Community Association Manager to join our team in a hybrid environment. The role oversees portfolios of homeowner associations, partnering with boards, vendors, and internal departments to implement programs while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in HOA management and 2–3 years in customer service, with a high level of professionalism, communication skills, and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience working in an HOA management role.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
• CAI or CACM Certification(s) are a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manages all operations for a portfolio of homeowner community associations.
• Partners with the association Board of Directors and internal departments to introduce and integrate new programs, services, and initiatives.
• Works with the Board of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners within the communities.
• Ensure client satisfaction and account retention.
• Prepares association newsletters and/or other communication with owners and residents as required.
• Provides leadership and consulting on best practices for management and oversight of communities.
• Manages and runs Board Meetings (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Meets with Associations 1-2 times a week.
• Creates budgets and manages financials.
• Participates in the emergency after-hours phone program.
