Qualifications

• 2-4 years of HOA management experience.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• CAI or CACM certification a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Manages operations for a portfolio of homeowner associations.
• Liaises with Boards, vendors, contractors, and homeowners.
• Prepares newsletters and communications to residents.
• Creates and manages budgets and financials.
