Job summary

TORP Group in the Baltimore metro area seeks a Community Association Manager to oversee HOA operations across multiple properties, focusing on budgeting, vendor management, and Board guidance to uphold community standards.

Candidates should hold CMCA and AMS certifications; PCAM is preferred. Strong communication, organizational skills, and MS Office proficiency are required, plus a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• CMCA® and AMS® certifications required; PCAM® preferred.
• Demonstrated budgeting, financial oversight, and vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organization.
• HOA experience is advantageous; knowledge of HOA/Condominium Act is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day vendor partnerships across landscaping, snow removal, repairs and contracted work.
• Manage property maintenance activities and negotiated service agreements for cost-effective outcomes.
• Advise Boards of Directors and assist in homeowner concern resolutions.
• Oversee budgeting, monthly reporting, and review of financial statements.
• Conduct site inspections, facilitate board meetings, and monitor vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with association policies and local/state regulations.
• Support operation of community amenities such as pools, recreation facilities, and centers.
