Job summary

Chesapeake Search Partners represents a longstanding Maryland property management client seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to oversee HOA and condominium portfolios across Central Maryland.

The ideal candidate will manage boards, vendors, budgets, and maintenance, travel to communities, attend some evening meetings, and act as a trusted advisor ensuring responsive service and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience managing HOAs required.
• Condominium association management experience valued.
• CMCA/AMS certifications preferred.
• Experience with boards, governing documents, budgets, vendors, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary management contact for assigned communities and Boards.
• Lead Board and homeowner meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow up.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor proposals; coordinate contracts and monitor performance.
• Oversee routine and preventive maintenance and community projects.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with governing documents.
