Job summary

Tidewater is seeking a Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of HOA and Condominium Associations in the Baltimore-Washington region. The role supports boards, manages budgets, and coordinates vendor services from our Owings Mills HQ.

After introductory period, a hybrid schedule is available, with opportunities to lead meetings and ensure regulatory compliance. Join a collaborative, growth-focused team at Tidewater.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HOA/Condo Act is a plus.
• Experience with vendor management and budgeting is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• CMCA and AMS certification required; PCAM preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Managing budgets, financial statements, and monthly reports
• Negotiating with contractors and overseeing property maintenance
• Advising Boards of Directors and resolving homeowner inquiries
• Coordinating services like landscaping, snow removal, and repairs
• Enforcing compliance with association and government regulations
• Leading meetings, site inspections, and vendor management
• Supporting community amenities such as pools and centers

What We’re Looking For

• Homeowner Association management experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of HOA and Condo Act is a plus
• Expertise in vendor management and budgeting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Certifications: CMCA® and AMS® required; PCAM® preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
