Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, education, or related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of high school teaching and learning.
• Five years teaching experience at a high school or college level.
• Master’s degree in Mathematics, education, or related field (preferred).
• Experience providing support or instructional coaching to teachers.

Responsibilities

• Supports OnRamps Instructors in implementing courses with fidelity along the OnRamps Four Pillars.
• Develops and implements annual professional learning institutes during Summer, Fall, and Spring for OnRamps instructors in collaboration with Course Leads and PLD team.
• Implements ongoing professional development through weekly communication, monthly virtual meetings, and professional learning institutes.
• Uses data science methodologies to monitor fidelity of OnRamps courses and instructor performance.
• Creates video resources in the OnRamps studio modeling pedagogy and challenging content.
• Supports special projects aligned with OnRamps mission and direction.
