Job summary

Ipsen seeks a Director Global HEOR to lead value evidence across Oncology, Rare Disease and Neuroscience. You will work with Market Access, Pricing, Medical Affairs and Regulatory to generate critical evidence for payer decisions and market access.

The role requires senior HEOR expertise, international experience, and leadership in evidence generation for product portfolios and pricing strategies. Hybrid work model and global scope.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in health economics or related quantitative discipline.
• 8+ years in HEOR within pharma, consultancy or academia, internationally.
• Experience on international HTA submissions and health economics methods.
• Strong analysis, interpretation and writing skills; knowledge of health care systems.
• HEOR experience in Oncology, Rare Disease or Neuroscience with economic modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of CORE HEOR/Access deliverables for launch and post-launch.
• Coordinate under EU HTA planning and execution aligned with products.
• Support payer value communication through abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
• Develop cross-functional Integrated Evidence Generation Plans with teams.
• Drive RWE, PROs strategy and outcomes research for value propositions.
• Inform product value profiles, endpoints for trials and pricing strategy.
• Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Biostatistics and Marketing.
