Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, pharmacoeconomics or epidemiology.
• 10+ years of experience in pharma HEOR or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional product and clinical development in support of pipeline development.
• Knowledge of global regulatory, HTA and PR&A landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated HEOR strategies for assigned indications.
• Serve as the HEOR lead on cross-functional teams, influencing key strategic decisions.
• Shape the HEOR contribution to global development, commercialization, and lifecycle strategies.
• Lead the HEOR evidence-generation plan, aligned with scientific, regulatory, market access, and commercial objectives.
• Accountable for end-to-end delivery of the HEOR book of work, from strategy development through evidence generation and dissemination.
• Drive lifecycle evidence and labeling strategies to support differentiation and value demonstration.
• Provide strategic HEOR leadership to support market access, reimbursement, and value communication objectives.
• Engage with senior leaders to prioritize the book of work and gain stakeholder alignment.
