Amgen is seeking a Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research Senior Manager to lead payer evidence generation aligned with the Access Strategy Lead. You will drive PRO/COA strategy, economic modeling, and HTA submissions across assets, coordinating with internal teams and top markets including the United States.

The role is global in scope, with opportunities to influence strategic direction while engaging with external partners and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in health economics & outcomes research.
• Ability to design payer-relevant evidence programs.
• Proficiency in HTA and reimbursement requirements.
• Experience in developing economic models and GVDs.

Responsibilities

• Implement HEOR strategy aligned with ASL for assets.
• Generate global payer-relevant evidence and PRO/COA strategy.
• Deliver HTA submissions and economic models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and top-10 countries.
