Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of US Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR & RWE) to lead real-world and economic evidence initiatives across the US. The role partners with Brand Marketing, Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Global HEOR to align strategies and build robust evidence programs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HEOR/RWE, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel ~20–30%. Advanced degree required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) or Real-World Evidence (RWE)
• Experience presenting HEOR or RWE research to external audiences
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder relationship building
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with internal/external partners
• Broad understanding of US healthcare reimbursement systems
• Willingness to travel 20–30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional collaboration and develop US HEOR & RWE evidence generation strategies aligned to medical and commercial plans.
• Contribute to Integrated Evidence Generation Plans to represent US needs.
• Lead design, conduct and dissemination of methodologically rigorous HEOR & RWE studies with internal/external partners.
• Develop materials such as AMCP dossiers, budget impact models, and value communication resources.
• Train field teams on value communication resources for customer engagements.
• Support external meetings by presenting approved value resources as needed.
• Track budgets and timelines and manage internal approvals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and Ipsen policies.
• Stay informed on methodological advances in HEOR research.
