Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, epidemiology, health services research, or related field with 10+ years of HEOR experience.
• PharmD, PhD, or MD with 7+ years of HEOR, medical affairs, managed markets, health plan, or pharmacy benefit management.
• 3+ years of field-based HEOR experience with leadership in the role.
• Strong understanding of study design, data analysis, and HEOR/clinical data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with U.S. payers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, mentor, coach, train, and evaluate field-based HEOR Liaisons and payer strategies.
• Maintain a personal panel of priority U.S. payer accounts and engage in scientific dialogue.
• Partner with market access and KPIs to adjust field activities and meet objectives.
• Represent the company at Medicaid meetings and major conferences in a scientific capacity.
• Own development of HEOR strategic plans for products in development and in market.
