You will ensure rigorous study design, communicate findings to external audiences, and partner across Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Brand teams while training field colleagues and managing cross-functional projects.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3–5 years of HEOR or Real-World Evidence experience.
• Proven experience presenting HEOR or RWE research to external audiences, including conferences or field roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and build strong internal/external partnerships.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design, conduct and dissemination of methodologically rigorous US HEOR & RWE studies and projects.
• Develop integrated evidence generation plans aligned with medical and commercial strategy.
• Create materials such as AMCP dossiers, budget impact models, and value communication resources.
• Train field teams on value communication resources to support customer engagements.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to disseminate results and inform strategic decisions.
