Job summary

Manning Kass seeks an experienced and enthusiastic Help Desk Technician to join our team in Downtown Los Angeles. This full-time position offers opportunities for professional growth and advancement, with hybrid work after six months of training.

You will interact daily with end-users, both local and remote, provide computer assistance, log service calls, and support hardware, software, and AV setups across the office. A 3–5 year IT background and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience within IT or technical field.
• 3+ years desktop PC/laptop support and Help desk experience.
• Experience with computer hardware and installing components.
• Superior customer service skills and user interactions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with attention to detail.
• Team player and good communicator, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn and improve skill set; IT certifications are a plus.
• IT degree or certifications are a plus, including CompTIA.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with end-users, local and remote, to provide PC assistance.
• Provide telephone support and log service calls.
• Use ticketing software to respond and log requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve them.
• Install and maintain hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Set up and relocate workstations, printers, and peripherals.
• Schedule and set up conference calls; support AV setups.
• Replace toner and service printers.
• Assist IT team with additional projects as needed.
