Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain SCORE workstation hardware and HyperDeck equipment.
• Manage local user accounts, RBAC, group policies, and backups.
• Apply OS, application, and firmware updates in isolated environments.
• Monitor storage, logs, and hardware status to identify failures.
• Collaborate with FAA staff to resolve system issues across the boundary.
